thanks very much for the perfect stay in the winter. the chalet is cheap and has a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. it has an exceptionally nice and ideal location right by the train station. there is a very nice restaurant with a unique cuisine.

Charming stay with lovely views

Woke up to fine mountain vistas each morning. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast was good with local cheeses and freshly baked items. The staff was lovely, always ready to assist, especially Fabiola at the reception. Access to the outdoor adventure equipment made exploring the scenic surroundings even more nice.

Stayed here for one night. Was very inpressed. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are very clean and to a high standard. Balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy morning sun.

I loved the location of the hotel you could walk to the shops and I loved the food in the restorant all the traditional favorites fillet de perch , fondu, racklet and ice cream and you could sit and people watch , we saw some old celebrities,I wanted to book other 5 star hotels but they were closed becouse it was not the season and I only found in this hotel but I think it was a good choice , we stayed one night , we were looking at schools.

I did not like the TV channels not much choice no international channels mostly in German

Issues with room cleanliness!!! The lack of cozy indoor sitting areas!!!

Very good location to the town centre and adjacent to the local train station in Gstaad

Only downside was the rooms felt a little tired and could do with upgrading. Foam fold down bed sofas is not what we expected to find in the lounge of our one bedroom suite. Hotel could also benefit from a residents bar/ coffee area. This does not exist and you have to enter one of the four restaurants.

Comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel, I loved satisfactory breakfast!

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a good area, right by promenade, Montreux, and Interlaken. The rooms were new-fashioned, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the view was lovely. The location was great and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Wispile. You guys made my stay great.

The chalet suite was super cozy and just beautiful, we loved the decor. The restaurant had really amazin food, and it was awesome that the chef catered to our allergy needs! The location is perfect too, close to everything u wanna see. Big shoutout to the staff, especially bouchra and marco, they were so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for 2 nights.

The only downside was that the room could get a bit warm sometimes. The prices are a bit high but it's gstaad.

Beautiful Hotel in an incredibly beautiful location. All the rooms have different decor. You never know which style you will get.

the hotel offers fantastic, well decorated rooms with a balcony, nice view and perfect bathroom. good breakfast for vegetarians, thanks a lot.

easy walking access to major attractions and restaurants

my stay was convenient as it was just a few steps from the shopping promenade and less than a 5-minute walk to nearby restaurants, making it perfect for leisurely strolls to explore the area and grab a bite after a day of sightseeing.

Had a lovely time enjoying the cozy vibe of our room and the generous breakfast with locally sourced goodies. The spa was a dream with a soothing sauna and a refreshing steam room to unwind in after a day out. The only hiccup was a slightly warm room temperature, but it didn't take away from our great experience. 😊

My double room was good sized in modern alpine style. All the staff was excellent, fixed my issues. - It had an excellent and perfect location, close to a quiet pedestrian street, the train station, and great restaurants with nice meat dishes and a bakery.
